Against okay to decent competition our numbers go way down.

I see pluses and minuses. I'm encouraged by Pav's play and I'm a little discouraged by Omaha's play.

Omaha is giving great effort, so you can't blame him at all. He's just got a ways to go before he starts getting comfortable out there, and the competition is only going to get tougher.

I know the NBA drafts based on potential, but as of right now I'd be pretty shocked if Omaha was drafted next year. But then again, I didn't think Haliburten was gonna be a great pro, so what do I know?

If you watch our off-the-ball defense/rotations, it is ungodly bad. Omaha, Milan, Gilbert, Tre King all making atrocious mistakes. The only player we have that seems to have any defensive principles is Tamin. He’s also about the only player with any offensive principles too. It is wild to me how a team that seems to have so much more talent is so much worse at making decisions than the last two TJ teams. And don’t give me the “well, they’re young” thing. Milan and Omaha are young. Curtis Jones, Tre, Gilbert aren’t young.

This is literally the 3rd game out of the last 4 that we’ve been saying this. Our defense needs work.
