National media has probably only seen the score without watching 10 seconds of the game. First half was the definition of smash mouth football.
Runs need to be quicker hitting ones. Slow-developing are getting blown up with a lot LBs & DBs playing downhill really hard. An occasional pitch would be nice to get DM more immediately in open space. Really liked the mix on first drive. Where did that go?

I agree, and would be fine with it, but might need a better plan next week against OU.
Yeah, the offensive line still has a long ways to go. Hard to open up the passing game when Kempt has little time. Iowa is going to blow this one up in the 4th once our defense wears down.
