That is big news. Probably their best offensive threat at the guard position. He has been playing really well the last 4 games.

I haven't paid much attention to TCU yet so maybe I am missing something but I was wondering how they were still ranked this week with their conference record too. Even if you look at their non-conference schedule they really played nobody except for then ranked #22 Nevada.

In their four losses they lost by one at home to OU, by four to KU at home, by one to Texas in Austin, and by five to OU in Norman. So the voters recognized the four losses were by a combined eleven points to four good teams. But they need to get the ship righted pretty soon and learn how to close games out. This weekend would be just fine by me. I'm hoping their run of bad luck extends just one more game.

IDK, I still think TCU is overrated. They have an all Big 12 player in Brodziansky, and Fisher is a good one, too. (Although he'd be hard-pressed to be all Big 12 with all the good guards ahead of him.) Robinson and Williams are nice pieces, too....but I tend to think they may have over-achieved some. I could be wrong. (According to the vixen, that happens. A lot.)

To me the key to this season is our ability, or lack thereof, to close out games. It seems, even in victory the game tighten in the last 4 minutes (Baylor being the exception). I’ve heard Prohm say we’re best when we can get out and run so it seems we’re at our worst when we slow it down and wait until ten seconds on the shot clock to run an offense. It’s been a big dilemma for us and hoping Baylor is an indication that we figured that part out. Hoping we’re at least in position at the 4 Minute mark to find out!!!

The good news is that TCU has had a hell of a time closing out games too. So either one team has figured it out or we're going to see an absolute **** show of a final four minutes tonight where someone ends up winning by default. But hey, a win is a win!

Broken wrist, torn meniscus in left knee, indefinite injury to right knee in 1.5 years of college basketball. Feel bad for him.

I know opponents don't feel bad playing us when we have someone hurt, but that really sucks. He's a fun one to watch. We can't control it and have to still show up and play who suits up, but it's nice to be able to beat a team at full strength.

Hopefully this doesn't derail their entire season.

Just looked the TCU roster.....sure looks like Dixon has been spending a lot of money recruiting. One from Slovakia, two from Australia, one from New Zealand, one from Barbuda, and one from Egypt. Definitely an international flavor.

I like that kid; he's a terrific ballplayer. He had a great finish to send the OU game to OT.

They will still have Kenrick "Hair Net" Williams to create off the drive though.
I don't want to sound like an ass if his head is messed up or something, but what in the heck is going on with his head? Is that how he has his hair cut? Or is the back of his head deformed some how?

I googled it last year, and it's how he gets his haircut on purpose. I think it is an older woman's style or something.
