If we make a few baskets to start the second half we can get things back under control, they're not going to shoot 60% the entire game.

They will if we give up 15 layups again. If the defense and rebounding don't both greatly improve, we can't shoot our way out of this.

Positives: Niang played last 11 minutes with 2 fouls and that is where it ended. Game was heading for 30 pt halftime lead. Guys battled.

It was goal tending.....Brogdon did travel.....but Niang should have more than 2 fouls. The officiating is blowing.....but not in just one direction. We have only a couple of guys who have shown up. Everyone else looks to have deer in the headlight syndrome.

McKay has been an absolute liability. Disappointing. I knew UVA's offense was going to be a problem for us, but it's going to be an even bigger problem if McKay doesn't step up.

That wasn't even close to a goaltend. How about we blame our turnovers and **** defense instead of the refs. They were fine.

Refs were not fine.

But yes, no defense plus lots of turnovers are our biggest problems.

Refs have been an absolute joke. Both of those "And 1's" were a complete joke of a call. Our guys didnt even touch them let alone enough contact to alter the shot.

Do some of you honestly think that the refs around the nation all have an agenda against Iowa State?
