Dan Dakich will make your ears bleed.. No matter what game he does, he'll tie everything back into the Big 10 and also his son. He'll also call every single starter for every Big 10 team "a potential All Big 10 player". Tonight will be atrocious and I am very happy I'll be in attendance.
The CF content in this game is lacking. Instead of a single dedicated podcast to the game we get a snippet in Dtanz and Fitz and Intern prediction podcast.
There's only so much that you can talk in regards to one single basketball game, but diving into the series and maybe bringing up some of the past games at Hilton would've been a fun listen.

Yeah J-Bo is setting himself up quite well to get bombarded on social media. He probably won't say anything about the loss, but will post a sappy post about it being his last game and then Hawk fans can claim us Iowa State fans are awful for berating an injured player.
Had to share somewhere. Overheard co-worker talking on the phone about betting on the game. He's a huge sports fan and gambler, but super Hawk-centric. No, never attended college anywhere.

There will always be those Iowa fans that are like little kids, who don't understand that the other team they're playing might win / be better than their favorite team. I used to think the same thing when I was little.. thought that no matter who Iowa State was playing, we'd win because I thought they were the greatest thing ever.
Literally the best part of being at the game.
That and the fact that I firmly believe Fran is going to be at his best tonight. I wish there was a prop bet on him getting a technical / getting ejected because I would hammer that bet. The crowd is going to be vicious and if the moment gets heated he's going to come unglued. Very excited to see that in person.
