Feel like we are just as talented as they are, yet here we are trailing 10-0. Very frustrating.

Almost a must score drive here. If not, need one or two first downs to keep them pinned deep.

At least Ole Miss/Tulane on TV2 is good and Miami is holding TAM in check on TV3.

Go down and score here and you are back in the game. Get stopped and giving up a last minute td, like isu does so often and it is game over.

McNamara isn't the next Joe Montana they make him out to be ...
When our spy releases to attack McN, he quickly threw it, and wasn’t ready. Something up with him and avoiding being hit.

I like how on 3rd and 15… we elect NOT to put pressure on a very immobile QB. And instead, give him a nice clean unlimited pocket to ensure he can drive a pass downfield. Better to be lucky than good!
I always hope somebody in the media asks him. He is a legendary Defense mind , but for some reason does not pressure on third and long. Have gotten burn so many times the last seven years on that

Purchase whiffed on the blocking of Dejean (tough task). DBs may not be the best blockers on gunners? He knew it - we had a good return in play there

I understand the sentiment, but I’m not sure what you want people to say. We’re getting totally outclassed by a team that should be on our level and it’s becoming commonplace.

I think maybe Iowa having more draft picks and winning more needs to be accepted as a reason for ISU not doing as well in this game vs. SOS.

My head, my heart and my soul hurt.
Nate's stuck within the same box - it' Campbell's offense an it hasn't changed. Nate's only ability is to be better at in-game play calling... and that's been very predictable.
yep. and while coaches need to be arrogant to be any good, for all his talk about being reflective and needing to have change start with him... it hasn't on offense, at least.

I think we have the talent to be a decent Big 12 offense. But playing so conservative - I get it. Young quarterback etc - but this is not new.

This is beginning to remind me of the 15 in a row. Not because of the point differential or how bad many of those teams were. Its reminding me of it because every year all week leading up to the game I get more and more excited. More and more looking forward to the game.

And every single freaking year of the past 7 feels like a punch to the d*ck. We won last year yes but it seemed more a case of Iowa sucking worse than us than us being good.

Agree completely! We need to be hitting McNamara hard and often. And chasing him and forcing him to run. Instead he's not had to move at all and gets to just sit back there all day.
