Jackson is getting owned by the moving screens off the ball.
Both teams have had plenty of three pt. shot opportunities. Unfortunately, Iowa is making the most. Bohannon is 'on' and DJ is not. Figures. JorBo must have been listening to all the Hawk bashers on the radio saying he's not a point guard. Gonna need to turn the tables second half. Got nothing out of Lard. Ouch. Thinking we need more out of Babb, too. C'mon Clones, you can do this!
We have played somewhat poorly, but I agree. Iowa is playing their best right now and let’s be honest, we all knew that was going to happen. If they get a win in Hilton, that will be the main highlight of these Iowa players careers.
Ok...
Negatives:
- Lard picking up those 2 fouls was huge
- Iowa is killing us on the glass
- Jackson is waaaaay off
- Babb was “ok”...kinda “meh”
- I hate doing this, but Beverly has been a liability...I’ll just leave it at that
Positives:
- Wigginton has been good. Had lost his man a few times
- Really a great effort from Solo so far
Jackson gets out of his funk and Lard plays more than 2 minutes, and we’ll be OK.

Well we've done essentially none of the things we need to do to win this game. Rebound? Nope. Take away Bohannon? Nope. Get to the middle against the zone? Nope. Jackson knocking down open looks? Nope. Hopefully the coaches make the necessary adjustments but more importantly the players execute. This effort won't beat many teams on our schedule.

Game Day: we’re ******* horrible, how could it get so bad, these guys aren’t as good as we thought
Can't say I've focused on that, but I am aware we got called for two moving screens. So you better be right about the moving screens by Iowa, I don't want to get ticked for nothing. lol
