This was one of the worst crews I have seen on ESPN. They might as well have been cheering for UConn
Well, they start ugly on firsts... first game, first BCS game, first road game.... Then they somehow pull it together and win at the end... I'll take it!
We need to send this film into the Conf because these refs were incompetent. There were at least two PFs that were not called and one grounding not called that were obvious.
I don't know why you would ever think of washing it. Put it in an airtight bag and seal in the victory until we need it next time.
May we never play another game on the ESPN family of networks. Blatant disrespect from nobody sports bloggers is one thing, but hearing wrong name after wrong name is inexcusable for a professional announcing crew working for the world's largest sports network. Not to mention the fact that there was no enthusiasm from them towards our team. It's like they were watching a video of someone punching their mothers when time ran out and we won.
Yeah it was pretty bad. There was even one penalty call that was a split second after the snap. Dead ball and the UConn guy throws our guy 3 seconds after the whistle when everyone had stopped 2 seconds before and no call. wtf?
Well we have played two teams with pretty good defenses and emerged victorious - Steele has seen two completely diff Ds and this should serve him well going into conf play.
This is a pretty common thing from what I've seen of ESPN2's Thursday or Friday night games, or late night Saturday night games. They put the worst crews on those games.
It's ISU. Best case scenario, conference doesn't care. Worst case, well use your imagination.
Lenz and Jantz were interchangeble, Jack Knott, apparently the 'P' in CPR stands for Phil now. It's just laziness on their part. I know full well they didn't trot out the A crew for us.
