What I'm really ****** off about is that this game cost me nookie with the wife. She is not a big fan of me taking these games so seriously.

Brackins will have to comeback, he had two point blank shots and failed on both late in the 2nd half, he is no NBA player and that proved
+1

Everyone is killing the coaching but if any of you watched the game, the sure thing NBA #1 draft pick missed two easy ones just before the 2:00 mark in the second half. Tell me one lottery pick that would have missed both!

Craig, stop listing to the hype. You go pro after this year, D-league is in your future!!

2 points after half ... oh it must be the coaching ... give me a break

Wow... Unbelievable this season has been. Just when you think we were going to have a decent year, everything bad from the last 4 years happen at once.

Injuries, people getting kicked off the team, people going pro during the season, people playing with their own agendas. I can't remember this happening to anyother team to this magnitude.

***Official Greg McDermott goodbye thread***

Greg you had some tough breaks but Big 12 Basketball coaching is just not for you,

kind of like a minor league baseball player got called up to the majors and just had no production of any kind and got sent back to the minor never heard of after that.....

I feel Greg McDermott now knows this job is not for him, he wont get fired but he will step down for the goodness sake of ISU basketball that was a proud tradition.....

While I'd love to believe this, does anyone know of a case where a coach just quits because he knows he sucks and has wrecked a program for almost a full half decade?

No offense, but you should never be a coach. You really think a coach's job isn't to make his players better? Give me a ******* break.
