I still want to know why the **** Craig Brackins was standing near the FT line on that final play in OT. Did he not expect anyone to drive the lane? Pa-the-tic!

I don't see how this changes anything as far as Greg being here next year. Most of the games have been like this. Finishing with 3 wins or 4 wins makes no difference.

Anyone that thinks Pollard is going to hire Billie is crazy. Never going to happen, Pollard isn't going to take that big of a risk. People would crucify both of them if he came in and didn't win immediately.

Get this: Hawkins is statistically BETTER than McDermott!

If we lose the next game, McD will finish the conference season 3-13, or 23%. Hawkins was 2-6 for the conference season, or 33%.

It's simply over for GM at ISU. A good guy who is in over his head at this level. If a move is not made, ISU will be lucky to average 7,000 in actual attendance next year. No sense in delaying the inevitable. Take our lumps - get the right guy and start rebuilding this program.

One question I have is could Brackins stop any of us with the ball? I may not be able to stop him, but I dont think he could stop me either and I have not played basketball since high school. The man is lost on the defensive end and his shot selection is terrible!

Not a good think when the football team equals the basketball team in conference wins.

It's been written before, but if that was Brackins last game at Hilton, I can't think of many worse ways to go....missing two point-blank shots when either one could have been the winner.

I really feel bad for Scotty C. Poor kid has been fighting through mono and hit a couple of big shots tonight only to have a horrible turnover at the worst possible time.

Why are you comparing a football and basketball coach? I don't get it.

Greg's style of hoop is like a horror movie so slow and pathetic you just want to turn away so you don't have to watch it get brutally murdured

The whole thing is sad. They are so close and just can't get it done. So many games could have went either way and every single one of them went the wrong way. When we do one thing well, there is something else we don't any given night. Fix one thing and something else breaks. Fix that and the next game it is something else. Just an unreal stretch, never saw a year like this. Just so many close games that they can't pull out.

I just got home and got on here and had completely forgot there was a game tonight. Reading this thread it sounds like a good thing I did.

Because everybody agrees that Hawkins is a horrible coach, yet there are still some ISU fans who think McD just "caught some bad breaks" or whatever.
