I see the stupid Fox Robot and the stupider mutant football player with giant cat head, and I want them both to be blown up in a meth lab accident. Got to be at least a 10% chance of that in Manhattan, right?

I see taking a shot after getting yards on the run. If we taken the knee they would of used their 2 timeouts and might have to punt.

If somehow we thew a pick six or something stupid, I would hate to see the reaction with that. We didn't exactly look great running the 2 minute drill last week against Texas. We still had a shot to win until a bad decision to run by Sam and that interception.

The way our successful drives were in the first half, it is clear that our drives are going to have to be very detailed, sustained drives. Given that, I think it was the right call to not run a two minute drill with 1:14 to go in the first half. Particularly since we start out with the ball in the second half.

At this point in the game I don't care about stats, announcers, negativity, etc.. We are in position to get the W and that's all that matters to me.
If things don't change we are going to have to rely on Tech giving us the football like they did in the first half.

Are people forgetting what happened last week when we tried to run a hurry up offense at the end of the game? Sam threw a pick.

Against a team that has shown the ability to get pressure the chances of a bad mistake are high. Get into the locker room feeling good about yourself.

Crazy thing is that we should have also had a couple of picks in that first half. If we keep them from getting big plays, I like our chances to get more turnovers in the second half.

Wrong
We need as many points as we can get and with 2 timeouts, take a shot down field. Field goal. That was Kirk Ferentz at his best.................Ug!

TTech moves the ball at will. Why risk a turnover or injury to force a fg that could result in going into the half down? It's obvious Rhoads need time to talk to the offense and figure out what's going on out there to make adjustments. Amazing with all the coaches on here, hard to believe you guys are not on the sidelines.

Regardless of what happens in the second half......since the last five minutes of the Iowa game, this staff and team continue to improve. Like what I am seeing.

I can not believe how often ISU looses the leading receiver on defense. Did it really bad against Iowa and now again against TT.

Texas Tech has zero respect for our ability to throw the ball (rightfully so). They keep sending 6+ and we haven't made them pay.
