Yeah. I don't know if the metrics or advanced stats back it up, but it sure seems like the offense runs a little more efficiently when he's on the floor.

Thanks for the well wishes but sadly we cancelled our trip this morning. My mom who would be doing the bulk of the driving hasn't been feeling well all week so going to sit in 30 degree weather wouldn't be the best thing plus the weather conditions out here was just too much to overcome.
It's pretty much a sellout. Even with the bad weather I would say at least 12,000 in the stands.
As a note, have the ESPN3 at the ready to watch the first half. We're following WVU again tonight.

How are the roads heading to Ames? Took me like 30 minutes to get from Valley West Mall to 73rd & Hickman.
I drove to and from Ames around noon-ish and they weren't bad. The snow is expected to move out before gametime so I don't foresee too much trouble. Still gonna give myself some extra time though.

ISU spring break is right after the Big 12 tourney so if ISU makes the Big Dance I guess the team is just SOL.
Big band of snow hitting Ames right now, anyone know if this is impacting roads in a big way at the moment? Stopped in Des Moines to drop our little one off at the sitter, but now we’re wondering if it’s worth it going any further.
