Instead of just calling people names, like a 2nd grader would do, why don't you explain to me what's wrong with my post?

Does the team play with passion in your opinion? Does Fred coach with passion? What our your thoughts? I'd like to know, because just calling me a doosh tells me that you just aren't all that intelligent.

Oh.... wait.... I suppose it's illegal to question the almighty Fred Hoiberg, right? But if it were Wayne Morgan or GMac out there tonight it would be perfectly ok to question his coaching ability, right?

Stop it. Quit acting like a 4 year old. It's ok to question Fred Hoiberg. He was an all-time Cyclone great on the basketball court... no doubt about that. But that doesn't automatically make him a great coach.

I'm not saying he isn't a great coach, we don't know yet, but it's perfectly ok to ask questions. It won't hurt Fred's feelings. Grow up.

whatever you have to post is pretty much disregarded due to the fact you are always 100% negative...all of the time.

little boy cry wolf falls on deaf ears.

His last positive post was on November 12th. Look it up. And the post was talking to a Hawk fan about how the Hawks suck. LITERALLY everything he posts is a negative. There isn't one post in his recent history that looks remotely like "CPR does a good job getting results out of low talent players" or even one single "Nice throw by Barnett on the TD". Not a single one. He just b****** constantly.

Guess what Rhoadhoused.... I don't care if you don't like me. Got it? If I say something in a post you don't like, tell me what it is and where I'm wrong.... intelligently.

But don't just whine and cry about how bad a person you seem to think I am.

I was at the football game Friday. I was on the field after the game celebrating with the players and coaches. It was a FANTASTIC night I'll never forget.

So don't judge me, ok? You don't know me, and I don't know you. Go back and find out how many times I've posted negative things towards you. Probably none I'm guessing. Why? Because I'm on here to talk ISU sports, not jab at others on here personally.

Tell me where I'm wrong, and what you disagree with. I have no problem with that. But don't be a judgemental whiny crybaby and call me names. Cool?

It isn't that you posted something negative. It's that all you post is negative stuff. And you say it in absolute ways. "Fred is in over his head, he won't be a successful coach" looks insanely negative compared to something like "Fred needs to get the team motivated to play harder D". All you do is ***** and moan and it gets extremely old.

Yep. Dude is always down on the teams. Always. I quit caring long ago and have figured him to be one of the least informed, least credible voices on CF.

Seems like general lack of energy at Hilton this year. I think there is less music and the volume is much lower.

Ok. Here goes. Have you ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? I would respect your opinions more and you would be a lot more useful to the entire board if maybe you threw in some actual positive opinions about our team. None of your opinions are credible because they are all negative. You keep pounding and pounding how much or teams suck.

You have never posted negatively about me, that's right. I'm not mad at you as a person, but how many people do you enjoy listening to that constantly complain and only say negative things?

I encourage anyone who disagrees with me to look at his posting history. Literally 99% of his posts have a negative tilt to them.

And the only name I ever called you was a troll, which is exactly what you are. You only post negatively about ISU and you are only here to stir **** up. Definition of a troll.

Must be a sorry existence for him if the only thoughts he can take time to express are his negative one. I almost have pity for him actually. So sad.

We need to play every game like its kansas. I realize its hard but if we play lazy in these early games its going to carry over into the big games. And we cant forget these little games go a long way at the end of the year. Cant wait until theres two min left to hustle. Last year our team hustled 35 minutes a game but couldnt close it out but this years team plays hard for the last two minutes but shoots so well we can pull it off. If we dont start to hustle now then were going to be in alot of trouble come conference time

You just gotta love all the kool-aid drinkers on here, don't ya?

You know... the ones who constantly call certain people on here names all the time like 4 year olds do because they call things like they see them instead of just praising everything ISU all the time. Just hilarious.

Not one of you criticizing me has yet to tell me what I posted that you disagreed with. Nothing. How intelligent of you.

Is this the Oprah Show, or a sports forum? You guys would be better off going on Oprah where you can act like 4 year olds and whine and cry at each other.

Seriously. Is this site for posting only great things about ISU, or serious discussions? Please let me know. I'll be glad to leave if you don't want to talk sports and just want to call each other names all the time.

It isn't your one specific negative opinion that people don't like. It is the collection of 2792 of them as a whole.

I will attempt to be more positive. I'm one of those people that tends to only speak up when people aren't doing their jobs, and not when they are. That's bad on me.

When someone catches a pass in football that they're supposed to catch, I don't come on here and post... hey, great catch. I figure it's something they are supposed to do.

And that is a fault of mine. I agree with you on that. I like discussion. It's not really a discussion if everyone just agrees all the time IMO. I think we'd all agree that Friday night's win was AWESOME. So that really isn't up for debate in my eyes. But I should give credit where credit is due.

But asking whether or not Fred Hoiberg needs to coach differently definately will stir up discussion. So I think that's why I ask those types of things?

But I just wish people would say... "hey clonedude, I think you're dead wrong about Fred... there are a lot of coaches that are succesful that don't yell and scream." That would be an intelligent response to my post.... versus saying.... clonedude's a doosh.... he's an idiot... he's a loser... blah, blah, blah.

Just tell me that you disagree, and why. That's all. And definately more mature.

I'm not saying your concerns aren't valid. I'm saying you present your concerns with constant doomsday negativity (much like a 3 year old) because ISU teams don't live up to the hype that needy, gimmie gimmie types bestow upon them before a game is even played. You fit this profile to a T.

I'm glad you had a great time Friday, and hope that you remember it for the rest of your tired life. However, I would have loved to hear what kind of tripe you were spitting out when OSU went up 24-7. Sure it was only good stuff.

Clonedude I appreciate that post. I think you would find more people discussing with you and less people attacking your opinions if you sometimes stated that you actually share their opinions on some things. Then they would know that you dont only have negative thoughts.
