Things look bleak now, but let's not forget that ISU can score points in bunches. We have a chance at home to come back and steal this one. All we need to do is hit some shots early, get the crowd in this game and we're off.

We can make a comeback fellas.

The D played against the clones is pretty good, mainly on the switches on the perimeter. That's part of it, but we also look like an uninspired bunch for some reason.

Look for Fred to shake up the lineup in the second half. We can still win this game fellas.

Hang in there.

Even if the Cyclones can somehow score 50 second half points, which they can do--they've done it a couple times this year--they need to be able to hold OU to just 30 points to make a game of it. Not where you want to be!

Fred needs to just say that the next 20 minutes is tryouts for playing time in the tournament. Teamwork and effort will tell him what his starting lineup will be.

This season is starting to look like something that ends with a Hampton.

Man I think we are just seeing the effects of playing 6-7 guys for four months especially in the Big XII. They are just beat up and tired. Mckey missed the first two and is the only one playing with energy. Niang has that achilles injury that has slowed him some. That and there are 6-7 very good coaches in this league that have made some good adjustments.

Here nor there
Looks like a number of coaches in the Big 12 have figured out how to frustrate this incarnation of Hoiball. So far, Hoiberg doesn't have an answer.

Very strange how this team lacks poise and basketball IQ, when those are two Hoiberg characteristics. There's a breakdown somewhere...
Just don't have the overall talent IMO. OU has an advantage at every spot besides pg. If someone asked you how last year's team would be without Kane and Ejim, I would say bubble team.

We have beat more talented teams with Hoiball. The issue with OU is that they play Hoiball, but with more two-way talent
