If you don't think we got lucky there, you are kidding yourself. Just be happy we won and quit calling out other posters. Game threads are emotional.

Huge win. Thought we played pretty well up till the 5 minute of the first half, then were absolute crap until the last 2 minutes.

Defense was porous at times, but we got a couple stops. Focusing on positives here, there were plenty of negatives.

Babb was outstanding, lost Paige a couple times but he did a good job for the most part.

Scott played like *** I thought till the last 5 minutes then really got it together.

Tyrus was solid all night, I think he had 10 rebounds. We lose badly without him.

Still some major major holes, and performace wise we took a step backward, but we got the win, and you have to get some wins when you don't play well. Can't expect to play well every time out.

I am wondering....Why do we shoot so poorly from the line? Why do we shoot so poorly overall in the second half? Why do opponets shoot so well the second half? Why are teams outplaying us in the second half? Makes me wonder if our conditioning is not as good as it maybe could be. All those are signs of a tired team. Tonight they picked it up, but it makes one wonder.

As frustrating as this game was to watch it goes down as a "Win". Maybe in a strange way, this game will catapult this team the rest of the season. Go Cyclones!!!

I'll readily admit I gave up when we got down 64-60. But they got two terrific stops when they needed it most, so hats off to the boys for that. Eff it, we were due to win one of these.

It wasn't perfect, but ISU is now 3-2 in conference. Wouldn't have sounded bad about a month ago.

They just need to take it one game at a time. No game in the Big 12 is a gauranteed win, and this team is still finding its identity. You can't deny that they're growing.
