There are allusions on Twitter to an exodus from the KU football team. Apparently overpromised but underdelivering on promised NIL. Does anyone know anything of this? I know they have a big donor.

Kase Evans, Tyrell Chatman, and Lucas Tenbrock have now committed to Penn State, joining Bryson Williams.
Those guys will be under dogs to ever play at PSU. Matt will have to recruit 4 stars starting next year or the fan base will go nuts.

Your initial post was there was zero reason for any senior to stay if they could get more money somewhere else.
They shouldn't. Do what's best for them individually. Loyalty is long gone.
Exactly... PSU fans have to already be thinking.... "WTF... we don't bring in a bunch of 3 stars here Matt!".
Do we think reasonable Penn State fans/boosters give Campbell a year to build and establish his program? Or are there expectations sky high out of the gate?
I actually think it’s funny that MC is stealing ISUs 3 star players. It will serve him and Pedo St well as they go up against 5 star recruits from Michigan, Oregon, USC and Ohio St. Good luck with that Matt. I look forward to your fall from grace.
I don’t think their expectations sky high for the first year, many of them. There are those who will always complain about Campbell being there and pick him apart the first year. But the general fan base probably will cut him SOME slack the first year.
Totally depends on if he wins and can beat the top teams in the league, Beating the Iowa's and Wisconsins at PSU is not going to get it done. He will be measured by is he beating Oregon, Michigan and Ohio State and getting them into the playoff. He does that more often than Franklin, which was never, and he will be fine.
If you don’t think he is capable of taking some of the best players that either were playing, or were going to be playing here, mashing them with the Penn State talent that does return, and filling in gaps from the portal, and winning a decent amount of games his first year, you were not paying attention the last 10 years. Or you are still munching on sour grapes.
If he doesn’t win 10 games next year there will be multiple hot seat guys yelling at him.
PSU has a cupcake schedule next year. 10-2 or 11-1 should be easily within reach.
Might get hammered for this take. IMO, CMCs job at Ped St isn’t to take good players and grow them. That won’t cut it when the expectation is a Natty. His job will be dependent on recruiting 4 and 5 stars and getting them to buy in to his culture speak and beat the likes of Bama, ND, Michigan and Ohio St. I love our kids, but the ones that should be playing there aren’t here.
