This defense is tightening up as the game goes on as usual. Never surprising to see the haters all over early on.

Pretty pleased with what I’ve seen today. D was a bit underwhelming at times, but did adjust for the second half.

O line did what they should do with a team like that.

Passing game is impressive and showed the ability to run when we decided to.

No soft coverage next week, Petras is miserable but they will dink and dunk all day if its open. Its their only choice.

That’s what I’m afraid of. Play off the line so far and rushing three allowing him to just sit back. Would like to see lots of pressure like they did to drew Tate.

I am but Im not. Mobile QB's given most teams difficulties, let alone having so many new starters. Would I have liked them to come out on fire? Yes. But they tightened down and again, outside of a MOSSing catch by SEMO - do they score? IDK. For all the issues of the defense, outside of that play and a insanely short field FG - Semo has 0 points as frustrated as the defense made me in the first half

All in all nice start. As much as we have struggled early got to break in lots of new guys, have some adversity but ultimately impose your will on an inferior opponent.

Time to get prepared for Iowa.
