I have a lot of hope for Dekkers... but I don't think this is the time. IF we lose ( and I'm hoping we win - big would be nice) then maybe next week but even then I doubt it. Barring injury the next time we'll see him is next season.... made my peace with that after the Iowa game....

Trying to enjoy the most decorated team in history arguably and a quarterback whose done a lot of great things - even if I do think he's a tad over-valued but that is not to take away any of the good things he has done - on and off the field. Couldn't ask for a better ambassador and a solid football player to represent the university.

Do I think Dekkers might have more physical upside? Sure - but nothing as ever in life is guaranteed so I'm working on like I said, just enjoying the rest of the season and remembering all the amazing moments of the last 4 years and hoping for more to come
