Just wanted it to be true, I suppose. Good sounding news in sports gets readers.
Breece would have 1,500 rushing yards already with any offensive line that was worth 2 cents.
Both can be true and they usually are.
Just like an offensive line can help a quarterback whose struggling by giving him time - the opposite is true. both have been flat out - not great.

If you're talking cycfan coverage almost every year they pick a position group and hype the **** out of it and it is a dud. For most of the Rhoads year we had the deepest stable of running backs in school history.
I think the frustrating part of this team, just like 2019, is that both the offense and defense can never seem to click on the same day. The defense has been there all year, and then finally the offense shows up a bit and scores 31 points last week at WVU. That should be more than enough to win with our defense, but nooooo the defense completely craps the bed.

I know it’s not on Purdy, but he has been awful. The oline, Purdy and especially (and always) Tom Manning.
