It was pretty good. I enjoyed TDK more simply because of the Joker. This last one was the story of Bruce Wayne.
Just got back from it and came away thinking it was absolutely incredible. My favorite of the 3. Heath Ledger's Joker is the greater performance of the trilogy, but all in all this movie took the cake IMO.
Interested to see what DC does here. Nolan is done, and Bale has said no Nolan, no him. But with DC wanting to come out with The Justice League in the near future they will need Batman. He's essential IMO. Not only Batman but Bruce Wayne himself. But if it's a Bruce Wayne other than Bale I won't be on board. And I'm guessing many many people who love this trilogy will be unhappy as well. So do they reboot the story before coming out with Justice League? Or do they try to convince Bale to come back on?
Also.. it wouldn't seem to fit with this trilogy being so close to real to life while all of DCs other superheroes are so far fetched.
I don't know. The nerd in me is really excited about where DC and Marvel take the superheroes I grew up loving. Exciting times.

I think you know what they mean.Again with the real life stuff.
Can anyone tell me which comic this movie was based off of? I remember seeing it somewhere on here but couldnt find it. PM me if you know. Bonus points if you know what comics each of the three were based on.
From my understanding and reading the majority of the Tone of this movie was from "The Dark Knight Returns" and a bit from "Nightfall".
TDK was a mix of "The Killing Joke", and "Joker" (I seem to recall another Batman book in there, but I can't remember off the top of my head.)
I honestly don't know which book Batman Begins was based off of...
