I hope Bruce doesn't wait to long to make a sub. I'd take Villafaña off at half and go to a back three. Move Zusi up to right mid, slide Pulisic into the middle, and put Dempsey in as a withdrawn striker. 3-4-1-2. Rely on Fab and Zusi to provide defensive cover as wingbacks.

Costa Rica's just going to sit back in that 5-4-1 the second half and we need Deuce's imagination and ability to combine to break the defensive wall.

You are totally right. Cut me some slack though, I'm in Arizona and we don't do daylight savings time so I'm almost always confused about when stuff happens in other parts of the country.

I'm with Twellman. Get Dempsey on the field and move Pulisic into the middle with him. We need those 2 combining together and launching attacks. We can't wait to make a sub until the 70th minute.
