Lots of great individual players on the team. Unfortunately, the sum of the parts was less than the players on their own. Basically the polar opposite of this years squad.

Horton-Tucker was not a great teammate. Sad.

• ISU beats WVU and loses to Baylor
• Texas beats TCU and TCU beats OU (or vice versa/just need one TCU loss)
• Baylor beats OSU and OSU beats TT (or vice versa/just need one OSU loss)

Then:

• Iowa State is 5 seed in KC

Who knows what you'll get with Settles. He did an iowa game earlier this year and Sandfort had a fast break layup and he compared him to Barry Sanders. What?!?

I'll admit the end of that season, I wasn't cheering for them to lose but I wasn't hoping for a win either I wanted to make sure Prohm wouldn't be retained.

We didn't get tickets that year, it was the covid year that season tickets were cancelled.

I'm sad we're getting close to the end. Iowa State basketball is one of the few highlights during these cold winter months

It’s gotta be triple digits, given their men outscored our second half in about a minute and a half. As if a Thuggy game isn’t insufferable enough. Not bothering with TV sound.
