Who are successful NFL coaches who are "culture guys?"
Mike Tomlin?
Dan Campbell?

Both also tough as hell.
I can't envision CMC fitting into the NFL.

Not exactly sure.
You honestly think that sounds like Campbell? Not to say I or anyone else knows anything about him but I would think the past 9 years would show that that's not how he rolls
Has anything, or attitudes, changed in the last couple years………..?

not sure I can see MC moving his family from Ames to New York. Another college town like South Bend, or Happy Valley, yes, but not NYC.
Not really relevant, but just to clarify: Jets org and practice facility is about an hour outside NYC in a very suburban and family oriented area of New Jersey. Great place to raise a family! Lol

I didn't know that. So it might be a place they could make a go of it

He's probably just using the interview as a chance to check in with Breece, Allan and Will
Given that Woody Johnson supposedly let a valued player (Rodgers) have a say in coaching decisions, this could also be ownership trying to make Breece feel valued by giving a shot to his former coach.

Imagine going from a place where you have all the control in the world (hyperbole, because we can’t afford “the world”) to an organization that has a 17 year old kid advising the owner as if he’s the GM.

I can’t imagine the jets being a culture organization even more.

Culture starts with self reflection about what is good/bad/ugly about the present state of affairs……..

As soon as Woody Johnson realizes he is the majority of the problem, the healing can start…….and then I would be worried about CMC leaving for the Jets.

'To be honest with you, the thing about Aaron is how he disappears for months at a time to go sunburn different areas of his body or sleep in caves--I don't really know because he doesn't talk to any of the coaches--, and even though his throws are basically lobs, it's his lack of giving a **** about anything that really gives that kind of awful leadership that gets us to not even being remotely close to being the best version of ourselves.'

Yeah I'm just not seeing it.
Rogers is Zava from Ted Lasso without the elite level of play!

Not that I want him to, but the Jets (and Giants) don't play in NYC. They play in East Rutherford, NJ which is 10 miles west of Central Park. It is a completely different world. That part of NJ especially as you go west is very suburban even with farms in various places. The Jets practice facility is 30 miles west of MetLife Stadium.

This is what it looks like out there:
