The fact you posted that he’s first in shot attempts and 3 point attempts tells everyone all they need to know why he averages more. Omaha actually likes to involve his teammates and this might be shocking to an Iowa fan but there’s another side of the game called defense. Omaha completely alters an opposing offense. Something Pryce doesn’t do at all.
@Hawktj has fully adopted the hok definition of winning. That fanbase is fed up with getting beat by teams that aren't as good as them, so turn to stats that you can twist anyway you need them to read.

I imagine Pryce will put up lofty numbers just like the Murray brothers, JBo, White, Uthoff, etc. playing for Fran. They'll get another 4 years of 'yea butting' and pointing at a scoring or 3 PT or T getting leader. But get beat by another team they shouldn't get beat by in the first weekend of the tourney.

1. I haven’t trashed Omaha at all. I’ve just defended Pryce‘s award based on RESULTS, whom YOU FOLKS were trashing. Ive stated numerous times Omaha has the greatest potential.

2. Charlie_B provided you with the stats. Now analyze them. Who had the dominating year based on stats? Total rebounds? Yep, Pryce, despite being shorter and less athletic. Shooting percentage: total, 3- point, free throw? Yep, Pryce. Assists, Pryce again.

if any of you happen to make it into the business world, you’ll find potential gets you hired, results get you rewards. HFCS, MacD’s should be a good goal for you.

1. Pryce is a perfectly acceptable Iowa Mr. Basketball.

2. You claiming you’re here for rational discussion, followed by posts like this, show you are a total liar.

I may not have made it in the business world, but you don't know ball.

What he’ll put up are ill advised threes at terrible times. His brother does that.

It’s very clear to me that you have never actually watched either play. Do you know why Omaha had less rebounds? It’s because they have another 6’9 guy that allowed Omaha to guard on the perimeter and at the top of their 1-3-1 they played regularly
Would they have him at the top of their defense because of his athleticism?

Yes and he has quick feet and is very active. Made life tough on a lot of 3 point shooters. There was also several times that the other teams PG was going off and they put Omaha on them and essentially shut them down. Stinson for example really struggled when they put Omaha on him.

This logic only applies if both schools played the same opponents.

Well, I did try rational discussion but got zero back, so guess I’m now at the level of this board.

By the way, did you see who won “Player of the Year” in Illinois? Wasn’t even in the top 100 of athletic ability and zero pro potential. Just proves the point that Pryce was a fair choice.

No, because I don’t care who wins high school awards and I don’t troll threads about our players with this tripe.

Just you my friend. Not sure anyone else is qualifie.

Again, suggesting someone works at McDonalds is just the ultimate winner of every anonymous internet debate. Bravo. Take a bow.

I'll think of you today while I have lunch under the palm trees on my lunch break after meetings with the film studio. If only I could work entry level at McDonalds instead.

I hope Omaha plays like Jarace Walker from Houston he should watch some of his game films! What a quick jumper to block shots and same height as Omaha! Can’t wait to watch next season recruiting class play!
