I think he meant that the Architecture cirriculum moved from the College of Engineering to the College of Design the first year I was in the program (ie 1977). Which coincided with the College of Design building completion. I attended Iowa State for the sole reason it was in the College of Engineering. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and it was now in the College of Design.
