Defense was shaky, but somewhat found their footing. OU offense is for real.

Offense was much better, though left some things on the field.

Yes, we lost. But that was one hell of an effort.

I think last week's reports of ISU's demise were greatly exaggerated.

It's disappointing to not have a win, but this was a solid game against a top team.

Need to trust the QBs and pass to set up the run. Need more quick reads and routes.

The D will not see anything close to Murray again this year.

I'm not upset with this loss. We hung with a top 5 team and we fought all day. Play calling was much better. O-line was better but still not great. Zeb had a good game. Butler and Montgomery were shut down in the 2nd half but we still moved the ball on a good defense.

Hope Knipfel and Allen are ok.

Offensive play calling was not a problem today. Looks like we'll have another QB battle this year, except both of them are pretty good.

Zeb was fantastic. Throw away that last INT as it was desperation. Played well enough to give us a chance to win. Just needed to be a little better all around (as a team).

TBH, we didnt play out of this world and we were in it. They really didn't give up. No way in hell I'm giving up on them.
OU is an elite program and look at the last two years. We are dramatically improving.

IMO Butler was only shut down because he was struggling with his legs. He did his job as number 1 WR — he forced them out of what they wanted to do. Zeb didn’t just have a good game — he had a great game. He didn’t make any questionable throws until it was time to start forcing it.

After last year and based on today, this team can and will play with anybody in the country. As long as CMC & Co. are coaching that will continue.

So CMC isn't a perfect coach and there were some head scratching calls, but he's growing and learning as is the team.

Well crap. We didn’t play our best game and still had a chance. Defense was just atrocious today. Missed tackles and bad pass defense was our demise. Offense played good, and Hakeem is a beast. Please no more wildcat. If we’re going to try something new why not put in Re-Al and go with 2 qbs or something?
