Have listened to a few Rogan podcasts, but I usually don't have time for a 3+ hour podcast. Also enjoyed Slate's Slow Burn series about Watergate, and I believe they're coming out with a new series about Clinton/Lewinsky in August that I'll be listening to.

What are some of your favorites? Any category (sports, politics, religion, personal finance, etc.) welcome.

Wondery's Business Wars if you're into that kind of thing. Start with episode 1. If I recall Additas vs Nike was the first "war". They have about a half dozen episodes before moving on to the next set of competitors.

Also subscribe to The Big 12 Podcast (official) and make sure to listen to the Bowlsby interviews. Good stuff.

Isn't enough free content, or have you been through the entire library on his website? Theres more than a few hours to burn if you pruchase the older ones.

If you're a sports fan and don't listen to Pardon My Take you are really missing out. I'm not a huge fan of Barstool in general but PMT isn't really typical Barstool.

I like both of Dan Carlin's podcast. I also listen to the CyCast and most of CF's podcasts. Ames Trib's Cyclone Slant is okay. Same with Cyclone Insider from the Rag (Chris W, Uncle Randy, and Tommy Birch)

I've recently gotten into Malcom Gladwell's Revisionist History. Took a bit to get into, but I like it now.

Mike Rowe has "The Way I Heard It" which is basically a 21st century version of Paul Harvey's rest of the story. Great listen.

I'll listen to some Planet Money and a time TED Radio Hour's.

I slowly got into Nerdist/IDI10T with Chris Hardwick. He's been "offline" for a while and I wonder if he'll be back? He's probably got other things to worry about . . .

Most of the NPR podcasts are solid. I enjoy listening to Planet Money, TED Radio Hour, Hidden Brain. Invisibilia doesn't do year round podcasting, but when they do come out with a new season, it's a really solid listen.

Otherwise, I also enjoy Freakonomics (and Stephen Dubner's "gameshow" side-project "Tell Me Something I Don't Know" is also a fun and informative podcast). There's always Stuff You Should Know as well, Josh and Chuck are podcast legends at this point.

If you like college basketball, One Shining Podcast is great. I think those two guys on the podcast (Mark Titus and Tate Frazier) are hilarious.

I don't currently listen to many podcasts but come across ones I like now and then.

Powerline Blog had a couple recently on the 14th Amendment (parts 1 and 2), episodes 79 and 80:

They are long, each about an hour, but informative. It helps to have prior background but some people here may get something out of this. The podcaster, Steven Hayward, is a professor at California-Berkeley (however, a conservative). The other participant, who is new, is pretty good though anonymous, possibly a law professor (and seems unlikely to remain anonymous if she continues to participate).

I came across some much shorter history ones I liked at Libertarianism.org, on social media, quite awhile back on my phone.
