Man, some people like to just throw away money.
Followup question, so reporter tweeted some inaccurate info but then tweeted that he spoke to the players agent. When did hiring an agent become allowed?
Getting NFL talent at Alabama isn’t rocket science, and before he ran the spread he produced mediocrity at that position. And none of three QB’s will still have their jobs in four years. It’s really not that hot of a take. He’s a GM, not a QB whisperer. That's a strong statement. He has 3 starting QB's in the NFL I can think of off the top of my head.

I'll agree before he went to the spread, the QB talent was average. Tua probably won't start in your timeline (though I think the injury is the biggest reason for that), Hurts is TBD, and I'll be shocked if Mac Jones isn't starting in 4 years.Getting NFL talent at Alabama isn’t rocket science, and before he ran the spread he produced mediocrity at that position. This is why they hired their coach; stud recruiter apparently. We'll see if it pays dividends.SIAP, Tech will be a player for Ewers:

Are you feeling bad for boosters at OSU?Not sure what he was expecting walking on campus last summer. Either he didn't like OSU, missing his girlfriend back home (maybe the Spicoli look isn't attractive to Columbus women) or he wasn't going to play.
I hope his NIL $ didn't come from OSU boosters- negative return on that investment.
Well, if you think you can play in the NFL it would be smart to actually play some games eventuallyWhy not transfer every year to the highest bidder? Im sure there are NIL bidding wars going on at the blue bloods, might as well profit.
