Working on yet another Disaster Recovery test that is a complete cluster. 12 hours in and no system yet. Every single tech person that heard about this plan said it was a bad idea.
This is for an old client that we are obligated to do this test for some reason. The last test was in June of 2019 and they tried to bring this up on that same configuration because "nothing much has changed" None of us have seen this system since about June 2020.

Nothing changed in 18 months, right.
This test has even exceeded my expectations of failure.

You can’t have any Vax shots within 8 weeks of donating. Unless the Covid one is different, that is what their questions ask, I got hit on a measles one or something so I make sure I have 8 weeks between anything.
Really? I got my first Covid vax 2-3 weeks after last time I donated. I waited until after because one of the questions before donating is if you have gotten a vaccination recently.

Not exactly sure.

I probably worded that poorly. I was talking about giving blood after a vax not getting a vax after giving blood. The vax after giving should be fine. Just need to wait 8 weeks before giving blood again.

That's why I will schedule the booster after I donate next Wednesday

I'm eligible to donate blood again today. Made an appointment for next Wednesday. After that I'll schedule the Covid booster.
I last gave the morning of Nov. 24 and got the booster two hours later. Took a longer than usual time for antibody and titer results to show this time. And they are showing different dates - really weird. AB showed negative and titer was .6000. Should probably change next time with the booster done.

And FYI, my second shot was 4-17, I donated 5-21.
