I'm really not sure. We have to be somewhere at 9.30, I woke up at 7.00 and lay there for a few minutes before I figured out I wasn't going back to sleep again.Why are you up this early, again?
The thing is, with the CPAP I sleep more deeply now and usually only get up once during the night (instead of 5 or 6 times)...so after 7 hours of sleep I'm rested. Sometimes I nap in the afternoon, but I really don't do that much anymore either - I just don't need to. I know it sounds corny, but using the CPAP has really changed my sleep patterns...and my life; I just wish I had done it much earlier in life.
