Wednesday confession: I totally forgot about the game tonight until yesterday.......sigh.

Heck your fine as long as you make it by halftime. Your a busy person exercise group leader, job, Z, proofing Eric's thesis. Sometimes it's hard to keep everything remembered.

Well, THAT was not fun.

Here's a thought for the day. Do not try to park sideways in the two left lanes on 30 between Dayton and I35. It's just a really REALLY bad plan...

It should probably be CG or Pants, but I'll stop by regardless of who starts it up.

I will throw my hat into the ring for starting RT IV. That way I can turn the credits in for coupons (with Erik's help of course). Ya know...to help with my employment situation.

Is that pulling at the heart strings enough?

That could be fun! I could tell him his footnotes are wrong even though they are accurate for everyone else in his field!

I forgot about a babysitter. Most of the kids I would ask do their church stuff tonight/weeknight/late game.

I'm a little concerned with the roundabout in Gilbert given it is the main way to get to the high school. Take a bunch of new drivers and give them a round about. Thankfully I'm not in the area before 8am and after 3pm. Most times I use it there is no traffic.
We had 4 roundabouts on our way to school in Johnston. Never saw that many accidents

Nope. Just regular brownies. It's our tradition for the last home game. Started when some of our grandkids used to come to the games with us. I happened to have a half-pan left so I brought them & shared them with the girls and the people sitting around us. You'd have to sit near us & know about smarties & taffy & midgies & cuties...then you'd understand. PapaLew has bottomless pockets.

Ruh roh...

Did you spin/slide?

Couldn't see the edge of the ramp from Dayton onto eastbound thirty. Blowing snow made it hard to see the cars approaching by using the side mirror so I had to look over my shoulder. When I did, my right front tire slipped off the edge of the shoulder into a deep rut that had been carved out by cars coming through earlier. I was able to steer back out of the rut, but then my right rear tire started passing me. Brought the car back straight and the LEFT rear tire started passing me. I finally got the car out of the fishtailing, but was sideways in the road. Put it in reverse to back out of the main traffic (not many cars in the left lane), backed to the edge of the road, and two SUVs are approaching, with a third coming down the on ramp. It's three lanes there because the on ramp goes all the way to 30. So, the SUV in the left lane comes to a stop and the other two pass on by. Problem now is that I can't see around the SOB SUV, and the only way I'm going to get turned east is to stick Reggie's nose out into the other lane. Blind. I'm sure the dude driving was po'd at me, but just what the hell did he expect me to do? Back up into the ditch so he could go around me?

Fun times.
