It looks like Fred's ride to Chicago is a product of my former employer. One of my favorite jet's.

My personal concern with Fred gone is that I was apathetic pretty much the whole GMac time. Yes, Fred winning helps, but the style of play made a huge difference for me. I don't want to go back to that and while I don't think we will, I'm still a little paranoid about it.

What's up, Random Thinkers? I just logged in here to get an update on the HoiBulls situation? Do we have a new coach yet?

So just got off a conference call. My boss has been promoted and I'm getting re-aligned out of my region to the California region and away from all of my co-workers. Now the two people that invested in me and took a chance on a white dude that just moved to Hawaii aren't my bosses anymore and my loyalty is massively dropped. Almost thinking of pulling a Fred and putting some feelers out there since my numbers this first year were better than anyone else's in the company. Kind of striking while the iron is hot, sort of thing.

Are you moving out of Hawaii, or just working the CA region from there?

Just out of the California region. Was previously out of Denver then Vegas (boss moved to Vegas, but region remained unchanged.)

But as I've said before, I'm not tied down to Hawaii. I absolutely love it here, and have no regrets about it, but if an excellent opportunity were to come up anywhere in the world, I would, at the very least, consider it. Maybe I can find something close to the Greater Omaha Area?

Texas is where it's at.

If I had a dollar for every time I've heard someone who lives in Hawaii say "I wish I could be closer to Omaha." I'd have some amount of dollars.
