The blond curly hair, the rectangular body, and the height lends me to think it was not the real Chucky.

A photo taken with any smart phone is going to be too large to upload. I think there is about a 1 meg limit on any images that are uploaded. If I try to upload a picture I have to open it in paint and reduce the size.
I think this is more Totin' Chip or Whittling Chip material.

have to resize it or host to imgur, I believe. The new site sucks for posting pics. I usually open in microsoft picture manager or whatever and do the "save for document" option on the right when you're editing.

This makes me think of when we first moved into an apartment with a W/D hookup in the unit. The complex was willing to help hook them up, but you needed to supply the metal vent for the dryer. I went to one of the big box hardware stores, and I seemed to be the only one driving a car, let alone a compact car. (Nissan Sentra) Every other vehicle was a truck, SUV, or minivan...worthy of hauling big stuff.
