Daughter loves all dogs, but Huskies are a fave. Hubby saw this morning that the local Husky/malamute rescue was going to be at the Farmer's Market this morning. Too bad she couldn't go.

Well actually Birdy it's probably better that she couldn't go, otherwise your family probably would have expanded by one:). She could have used the old better to seek forgiveness than ask permission game plan.

Went to the dog park early this morning so Lulu could tire herself out a bit. There was a 3-4 month old lab puppy, and what looked like a blue heeler puppy playing together, and it was SO freaking cute. I wanted to dognap both of them.

Do we get Lulu pics again sometime?

I got up at 0830 which was prefect for an overcast poopie old day in the neighborhood.

No one in our family is a morning person. Weekdays for hubby are 5:30a wake up, now with HS volleyball M-W-F mornings are between 5-5:30a wake up for me. We have about one weekend the next 2 months that doesn't have volleyball or softball. Those days average about a 5:30-6a wake up. Some girls can roll out of bed 15min before they leave in the morning. Ours needs 45min minimum just to be able to function. I told the little girls to sleep in this morning. They forgot and were up by 6:45.

About a month ago an area photographer was taking dog photos for $10, as a fundraiser for her friend whose dog needed hip surgery. I'll have to grab those and post them, a few turned out really well.

Also, Lulu is getting a sibling next weekend. The local humane society has an 8 month old Australian Shepherd up for adoption, and they got along super well today, so, he's coming home with me next Saturday.

Torn between biking, watching the Yankee game (in the 5th) or heading to the lake for a walleye sammich. It is pretty nice out. Sammich sounds pretty good.

ISU gamewatch isn't till 7 and I don't have to be there till after 6 so I got some me time this afternoon. Already made my Surdyk's wine sale run. Important chores get down first.
