I hear this is getting to us tomorrow and the weekend. Which means the last of the replacement plants I need to put in (winter was not kind to my plants!!) should go in tonight........but we have the hospital tour. Bleh. And my plan to go u pick strawberries this weekend may be DH go pick or DH go buy them from the strawberry fest while I sit in the car!
If you happen to be near here, my son is working at the berry farm. I don't believe they're picking berries until the middle of next week though. Just weeds so far.

When our middle daughter was going to take the MCAT exam, I asked her if she had any idea what it was like. She told me there were sample questions available on-line, so I peeked in to see for myself.

I felt pretty inadequate after that.

And no, @jcyclonee, just don't go there.

Which berry farm? It would be nice to get something fresh for a change. My son was on a blueberry kick for several years. The last year or two it has been strawberries. He has them with his breakfast every morning and will eat them at other meals when we let him.

Hey there are worse things he could binge on, right?

Berry Hill Farm?

Bauer Berry Farm. Just north of the park reserve on French Lake Road.

Yeah, where that is it is probably safer for me to go clear around Elm Creek and come at that from the West. 169 is a nightmare for the foreseeable future. We regularly go around the park to get to Brianna Scurry.

That's the way to get there at this time. It'll be worse next week (at least for us) when they close the west side of the Hayden Lake Road intersection.

I've started taking that route home from work. I drive an extra ten miles and it only saves me a few minutes but at least I'm moving.

I have a patch of wild strawberry as ground cover on the east side of my house. Berrys don't get much bigger than a peanut. Nice ground cover though.

Wow, the vixen's strawberries are going nuts! She has a 5' x 5' box where they grow, and she has picked a quart or so three times. They aren't very big, but nice dark red, and really sweet.

Not exactly sure.
You sound like my mom, husband, and boss. They're all like you are still trying to do too much. Pshaw. I just need to get some roses and hydrangea planted. Though I did make DH do some of the digging on the last stuff because the constant getting up and down was a PITA. Also because it was in rock. I can kneel on mulch and that's fine but kneeling on rocks doesn't work.

I’m with you CG, don’t be a wimp and keep chugging along. Knew a girl who was induced on Friday and was back in class on Monday. She said it wasn’t that bad.

I mean, I do plan on wimping it for a bit post-birth.

Though I found out today I won't be able to work out til full-term because they're doing the floors in our gym and my group classes are cancelled the week I hit full-term. I was really looking forward to making it the whole way. Cause I doubt I'll go in at week 41 if I'm still pregnant. Though that would be funny. Wow, when are you due?? "five days ago".
