Re: Rashad Vaughn

We would like to announce that Granger Motors is officially on the Rashad Vaughn bandwagon.

Management is having serious discussions about modifying our logo if he commits.

P.s. Our photoshop skills will improve between now and then.

Re: Rashad Vaughn

I understand he is a great player, but do we really want a "one and done" signee? If so, fine. It would be nice to take one from the big boys, I get that also. But is it really beneficial to have him one year?

Go ask Kentucky how beneficial it is to have a bunch of "one and done" signees on the roster.

Almost all championship caliber teams have one and done players and they are often the best player on the team if that helps answer your question.

Re: Rashad Vaughn

To be more specific it primes our team for a run at the Big 12 title and a shot to get to the elite 8 or further. It gives us a potential top 20 player in the country.

If you would rather have next years team not have Vaughn than have him, you are nuts.

Without him we might to be capable of that. Also, some people think 1-and-done's hurt you for the future, and that's not true either because you know its coming, just like when a senior graduates, and you plan accordingly.

Do you think KU will benefit from having Wiggins one year?

Was it beneficial to have Royce for one year?

You failed today, sir

Re: Rashad Vaughn

Who wouldn't want a guy that is an NBA ready player to come and play one season for ISU? A solid team can quickly become an elite team by landing a difference maker like that. All it takes is a kid like that to say yes to ISU and Hoiberg and then it makes recruiting the next one & done player a bit easier. That kind of success in recruiting can raise the entire profile nationally of a program like ISU.
