Rashad Vaughn - Not going to ISU

Ok so This is what I know about the in home with Vaughn. It did not go well. Barring some changes in his recruitment to UNC we are definately out of the running. Our insiders are saying UNC is still an option. But don't hold your breathe. ISU is indeed presumed to be the favorite at this point. With KU gaining ground everyday. I hope you guys lock him up soon. Kinda sick of Bill Self lately.

Off teh subject Johnson is expected to pick between UVA and UNC. He is not expected to choose IU as was thought for a while.

Give me a minute and I will post what one of our insiders is saying. That is how I learned about it.

BTW I had username that had truetarheelfan but I was banned after I used some not nice words on some users. Who had some not nice things to say about my wife.

I understand he is a great player, but do we really want a "one and done" signee? If so, fine. It would be nice to take one from the big boys, I get that also. But is it really beneficial to have him one year?

Well you can call Roy whatever you like. You can compare him to whomever you want. But you can't bash his recruiting. Last I checked we have the #1 recruiting class with joel pinson and jackson. Also Johnson is expectd to choose today. If he chooses us we can focus on the 15 class if not well we still habe an excellent recruiting class... but if you guys miss on vauhn and lets be real it could happen where does that leave your recruiting class?

I agree. While I'm not a Old-Roy fan myself, its pretty hard to bash his recruiting, especially as an ISU fan where he has burned us many times before in the past. Lets just say he has burned us in the past wwwaaaayyyy more than we have burned him, even if we get Vaughn.
