Re: Rashad Vaughn

I'm going to feed the troll. I looked up the UNLV practice center, and it looks mediocre at best.

Re: Rashad Vaughn

One month until his official visit!

Lets hope he doesn't bail on us last minute like he has for UNC and Baylor! I doubt he will but he seems like he is getting cold feet on some of these visits (maybe, I dont know probably reaching) OR he has already decided he is a cyclone and decided thats why he wasn't visiting other schools, am I right or am I right?

Yeah the Mendelhall center is nice no doubt, but I don't get how its any better than ours? We have like what, 6-8 courts, a weight room, entertainment center for players, lounge for players, coaches offices, etc.

Also, Thomas and Mack center may be a nice big venue at 18,500 capacity, but it looks pretty stupid when you can barely fill it. I watched some UNLV games this year. Announced average attendance of like 15-16k but theres no way it was that packed every game. I guess people in Las Vegas don't get too pumped up about watching UNLV take on Wyoming and Boise State (exception would be SDSU). People do like watching matchups between Kansas, Oklahoma State, Baylor though..I fed the troll

I wonder if that is the gate attendance or attendance based on tickets sold. I know when I worked for the Iowa Cubs and while I worked at the Iowa Events Center with the Barnstormers, Energy and the Chops they primarily went off the tickets sold averages for publications like that. Most gate attendances were announced to the crowd at the facility and would sometimes be seen in local media.
