You should see Providence forums butthurt. They were ripping on Washington because they didn't make his final 11 list. lol

I thought there was a tweet that Washington was working on setting up a visit in the near future

I haven't been as excited about a future cyclone as I am about Morris and Thomas for awhile...well not since Niang at least

While I was hoping Terrell and Abu would have had their visit to ISU in August as was initially planned, it actually maybe benifit to get them on campus while the students are in class and hopefully during a home football game.
Giving them a chance see how full the campus is and the fall gameday experience is one major advantage Ames would have over Temple, Kansas, UConn, Maryland and Cincinnati. (That, Hilton Magic and Coach Hoiberg but that should go without needing to be said)

FWIW. Abu has stated that Maryland will be in his finial list of schools...

Is McCullough even mentioning Iowa State any more? Haven't heard anything regarding him and us for a while.

I see you have learned your lesson. This is much safer than claiming we have cut communication with Vaughn.

Asking it this way is better. And it's a fair enough question to ask. I haven't heard him mentioned with us in a while. But who knows?

That's the class I want right there. Maybe add Martez Walker or Ziegler or bank it for the spring.

Vincent Hunter is now #95 and a 4 star. Would love to add him and Washington to the class and have 4 top 100 players. I hope we are still pursuing him hard.

If I'm choosing between Hunter and Zeigler, I'll take Hunter.

He's intriguing and rising in rank and recruitment. Zeigler has seemed to drop steadily.

I would still be fine w/ Zeigler - very happy in fact. Im just more intrigued by what I've read about Hunter.

Suburban North preview

Schottmueller has a number of underclassmen who could find their way into the starting lineup including sophomore linemen Marquis Prophete and Max Paully and freshman wide receiver Harry Ballard, who is 6-4 and very fast. “He goes and gets the ball as well as anybody we’ve had,” Schottmueller said of Ballard. “He’s going to be a star for (McCluer North basketball coach) Randy (Reed), too.”
