Yea. I don’t know all the details, but seems to me there are some issues with that family. If he’ll come for free, take him, but if I’m the coach I’m keeping my money away.

Joel Adams from NE is a 2023 kid ranked at 145. Could be a future 157 in college. Any chance we are recruiting him?

ISU isn’t on his radar/not recruiting him. He’s a future Olympic wrestler in my opinion. He’ll be a 49/57 guy in college. Really struggled to make 65 at the Open.

I agree on Adams, but to much money/guys recruited in that area. Swiderski, Euton, Johnson, Robinson, Kraisser all in the 149/157 area and most are sophomores or freshman.

Kind of the same reason we aren't recruiting Nicco Ruiz of California anymore.

That was the rumor yesterday at State. I figured it must be just rumor if Buf and tiger never mentioned it…had to give a little dig. This really solidifies the lower weights. They are tough and may become AA candidates. Smart and nice kids that appear to do things the correct way. Under rated due to limit National exposure. At worst very high level room guys.

Now if we knew who the “may be more” is referring to. Buf/Tiger???
