With all the help that student athletes have at their disposal, how does one fail multiple classes. I bet Dendy and ISU will get this cleared up during the summer. He will stay and probably be the star of the team next season.

I could understand if Boozer was willing to sit out a year just to give his knee that much more time to heal. But it's hard to imagine a 3 year player leaving at this point in his career.

It is also hard to imagine a 2 year starter transfering. And another. And having a player quit midseason to go play basketball in Europe.

And yet, here we are. Amazingly, under the current staff, nothing is too hard to imagine.

Most of the roster that is left are players who, if they decided to leave ISU, thier careers would be done, or they would have to sit out a year to play their final year. Those include JVB, Dendy, Boozer, DG, and Scotty C.

After that, you have Dorr, Palo, and Oliver. Palo and Oliver red-shirted last year, so I would doubt they would really want to sit out another year and lose a year of eligibility when neither of them are proven yet.

I'm pretty certain we are done with the "transfer" talk at this point in time. However, we can still have players just decide that they are done with their basketball careers, but outside of Dendy, I would be surprised to see them want that.

Holy crap somebody peed in your cornflakes this morning.

1. I was unaware there were rules on exactly what proof you need to suggest a rumor (which by definition is "an unverified account of events) in a public internet forum...

2. Even if people "perpetuate the rumors", it's clear Pollard isn't going to follow what the fan base wants, so really it's not like what you are saying is true and Mac will get fired because we think more transfers are happening.

3. Haven't most of these "unsupported" rumors ended up being true? You probably bashed the first rumblings about Ham and Colvin transferring... how'd that work out?

Flunk out quite possible

I have seen a lot of player's grade rebound over the summer. No way, JP or Mac let Dendy fail. Even if they have to twist a few arms to do it. A few D's or incompletes and he still plays. Happens all the time.
