i give a hoot about their practices.let coach cpr do his thing....
if arnaud can complete 6 touchdown passes per game,we'll win quite a few games.if money reynolds does not get injured.he will take quite a few catches to the bank.maybe bo williams is healthy and paul rhoads wants to spring him against the hawkeyes for 350 yds rushing.NOTHING LIKE CALIFORNIA DREAMIN'...............

Then I'll be expecting a LOT of fireworks on offense this fall... if we've got so many interesting wrinkles to hide. It sure wasn't that way last year on offense. We were horrible. Our defense got us to a bowl game... not the offense.

I'm hoping to see a bunch of trick plays, mis-direction, etc that we did not see last year. Otherwise... what in the world were we hiding?

This would be a good day to take a nap. You're really worked up over nothing here.

Would you have attended?

I would have. I wanted to see some football today. So I went to Iowa's. Gave them 6 bucks of my money for concessions too.

By the way... Iowa's scrimmage was not really a scrimmage. It was BORING. Basically a practice. No tackling allowed. Lots of 2-3 yd runs, short dump off passes, and overthrown deep balls. I wasn't all that impressed... other than Clayborn. He's an animal. I saw him get at least 2 sacks ( two hand touch), and one blocked FG.

But I would have easily driven to see my Cyclones if it was open to the public. Watching Iowa made me sick to my stomach.

That reminds me of the SNL skit. "I really hate it when I rub my hamstrings with a cheese grater and then pour Tobaso Sauce on it. Man, I hate when I do that."

I wouldn't go to the Iowa open scrimmage if it was in my backyard. Especially if it made me sick to my stomach and they got some of my money. That's just me.

Do you want a box of kleenex? I have never heard someone cry so much over not getting to go to a practice or a scrimmage. Why dont you go back to bed, take a nap and maybe you will be in better spririts after you wake up.
