In place of a 'club' area we just have a Hooters restaurant.

Honestly, I've always liked this idea. Even thought the family friendly patrol would hate it. It would be an awesome way to integrate beer sales and I think it would be a big money generator.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer but I'd rather not spend $ on SEZ until we can fill it with decent ticket sales. While attendance was great last year you could still get a $10 (or less) ticket to almost any home game.

Until tickets are a scarce commodity I would rather spend $ somewhere else.

To me it will be embassasing to build it and have it 2/3 empty OR have to offer $10 tickets plus food and drink to fill it.

Sigh.

The SEZ seat just replace the hillsides...that is it. Oh, and does not look bush league anymore. Who gives a rip if it takes $10 tickets to fill it. It is embarrassing now the way it freaking looks.

Agreed, there are far worse things that having warm bodies in a new endzone seating section cheering for ISU. Who cares if they're paying less than everyone else. As long as we're not losing our *** on it, let's get it done.

hitting head against wall...

A) it doesn't add that many seats. Basically the only thing it adds is the second level which has like 3 thousand seats.

B) of the seats you add, which is better, no revenue because they don't exist or $10?

C) this has a lot to do with recruiting and appearance. The SEZ will tie the stadium together and make it look and feel like JT belongs in the Big 12.

D) Look at OSU and Missouri and so on. Not very many stadiums in the Big 12 actually have 100% attendance. How is it embarrassing when everyone has the same problem?

HEY! Hey, hey, hey. Don't you two go and try and re-rail this. Back to topless cheerleaders in the hot tubs...the only thing...we have to check to make sure these aren't the ones clones21 was talking about wearing yoga pants with the STD's up the ying-yang.

I didn't realize it was your money that ISU would be spending. Did you let Jamie know when you agreed to donate the $25 million or so what you wanted it to be used for?
