Shirts for Army game

Yeah, I was thinking we should see what they come up with. If you like it, cool, buy it from them. If you don't, no one's going to force you to buy one. If they make it available in their store/website, other people not on CF might think it's the coolest thing ever and decide to buy one, too.

Exactly. Because he has his own shop, there would be so much less work involved. I am interested to see what they can come up with. I really don't like the old como pattern, even more so when it's red. It reminds me of a K-Mart special.

I am with everyone who thinks this is kind of dumb. We have special days for like Cardinal Rules and Gold Rules. Just wear your Cyclone gear! This is just like any other game. Just because we don't wear some dumb shirt doesn't mean we don't respect Army. I think that WEARING a shirt that depicts camo and stuff for the Cyclones actually demeans the Army. Let's just leave it alone pleaseee???

By the way, this, in no way, shape or form demeans the Army. There are a good amount of former and current military on here and you are the first to say something like this.
I don't think anyone said that if you choose not to wear the shirt it makes us think you disrespect Army.
But you know what, your infulential rebutals have changed my mind and I too am one who thinks that showing support for a military based organization is just a disrespectful and demeaning action. I'll be sure to tell all the men in women in the ROTC, Army Reserves, National Guard, etc. thanks, but no thanks!
Who is going to buy the license to sell this stuff? The TM license covers the retailer. The screenprinter is not the reseller, you are. You'll have to purchase the license and pay 8% in royalties. That's a lot of shirts just to break even. Just sayin.
oh good lord people. this doesn't even have to be just for the army game. just wouldn't it be cool to have a camoflage iowa state t-shirt? Just like most universities have pink shirts with the the school name on it that girls like to wear?
There are multiple army people in the thread who like the idea, and haven't been 'demeaned' and just want a cool shirt that maybe no one else will have. You make your own tailgating shirt, or your own iowa game shirt, or your own homecoming shirt. WTH is wrong with some people making a camo shirt.
