This year is most likely lost, Campbell needs to project a semblance of hope going forward. Kohl might help him in that regard. Pretty obvious Brecht is more of a backup level QB from a talent standpoint. Need to start Kohl going forward and pray for some wins. No way Becht gets B12 wins with this team.

Come on?? Wins as a QB actually matter. No excuses, just wins! Do you really think a guy like Becht can win at the Power 5 level? Kohl at least has a chance. Becht will more than likely not win a game the rest of the year, unfortunately. This year is now officially lost, start Kohl to see what he’s got. If he isn’t the answer you got a good guy coming in next year, maybe he has the juice to win games!

Becht was literally the only thing good about the offense today. When we threw the ball, we moved down the field. His 2 ints were when a receiver slipped and fell down and a fluke tip. Watch the game back and tell me it’d be any different with Kohl
So just to be clear, it is on Rocco that the WRs can't catch, Nate can't call plays, Campbell's scheme sucks, and the OL can't run block and can barely pass block?

So be that, those things are not getting better. Rocco has proven he can’t win with our line, backs, and wide receivers. Maybe Kohl can win with them. If Rocco can’t win against the MAC with this team, he won’t win against the BIG 12! Maybe Kohl can, as he has much better arm talent. My guess is that Campbell will double down on Rocco . . . Similar to my Sophomore year at ISU when Walden refused to play Troy Davis at RB even though it was obvious to everyone he was the best player on the team! Maddening what pride does to people.
