This guy hesitated because he thinks you are crazy.

I know the easy answer is she spits on herself, but think about it. It only happens when she’s outside in the evening, never when she’s outside in the morning or when she’s inside. She had the same going outside routine for months before it happened for the first time. It happened several times within a period of a little over a month, and now since I talked to the guy across the street it hasn’t happened at all. Seems an awfully strange set of coincidences.
