I've been contemplating what such an action would look like. If the NCAA was a state actor the sanction would almost certainly be an unconstitutional ex-post facto law, as from my understanding it was just enacted this year. It would also probably be considered to be overbroad.I hate the idea of file frivolous lawsuits, but given the circumstances that Lucca tried to get exposure and experience by joining an AAU type team in Germany, purposely sought out a team that gave him the best chance to serve that end and remain eligible, and the detrimental (financial) effects this ruling has on him and the ISU program because we're a "has not" in the face of a blatant double standard given to the "has" crowd(USC), we should fight this with legal action. Let this corrupt 'ruling organization' know we aren't going down on our backs!!!![]()
