CBS reported at halftime the Big East has reached out to all Big 12 schools minus OU/OSU to gauge interest. Sounds like they probably leaked the AM info as well.

Desperation. Gotta love it.

They've lost the ability to drive now. If you're the remaining teams in the Big XII after OU/OSU/TX leaves, then you absorb the teams from the Big East that make sense.

If Texas leaves by themselves then Id be shocked if USF wasn't heading to ACC.

The "commuter" schools in the Big East (Louisville, USF and Cincinnati) don't have a chance to get into the ACC or B10.

If the ACC expands to 16, they will target good academic schools like ND, Pitt, Syracuse, UConn, Rutgers, Texas, KU and Mizzou. Tech may get in tagging along with Texas. West Virginia may get a shot if the SEC passes on them.

The B10 pool is limited to Texas, ND, Mizzou, Rutgers, ISU and KU if Pitt goes ACC.

Did you not read the first sentence?

The first sentence is from the article prior to it being updated. If you click the link:

Sep 17, 2011 - Syracuse and Pittsburgh are petitioning the ACC for entrance. Iowa State and Baylor are writing the Big East about joining.

We are not going to the ACC.

Does anyone know if Pollard was at the game last night? You'd have to think there were some serious discussions before/after the game.

This thread has to be a drug! Think I have read nearly 700 pages of this thread and eyes are bugging out. I rarely post, just read. Guess I am to lazy to do research.

I do know this. Most, if not all, options seem to suck on the surface. Truth is, we we can speculate all we want. NOBODY on this thread knows ****.

We are too good of an academic university, AAU, with great athletics in most /all sports and YES, no TV's. (I get it)

It may be next year, two years, five years, but ISU will be where its supposed to be and thats in the Big 10.
