Can you remember your first post without looking it up?

We have been talking about adding a classics forum as well as a missed connections/who was that hot girl forum. I remembered my first post was in the Balloon Boy thread, and I am pretty proud that I lurked for a while and manned up and joined during that memorable thread/day.

When did you pull the trigger? Was it for the Treadmill debate? Perhaps it was when Chewy left. Discuss!

It was in one of the threads when we hired the Mayor. I posted saying I was going to cancel my season tickets but decided not to. Got rep for it and was really excited lol, that's why I remember.

Yep, I'm 28 and got excited about getting rep points on my first post....win

I can't remember my first post, but the first thread I started was asking for input to update Iowa State's football & basketball wikipedia pages. They were... sparse at that time. Some guy neg repped me, saying "ISU has no history, why bother." Good times.

I remember I mis-spelled 'cheer' when introducing myself as a Hawkeye fan & future teacher. It was cool, because I didn't have a clue that rep existed, let alone negative rep. I was introduced to that pretty quickly.

First post during the would-be-apocolypse-part-deux of the Big XII over the summer when A&M was leaving. This was the only site I could find at that time that believed ISU deserved a place in BCS football. After reading so much crap from disgruntled ISU-haters it was great to find so many gruntled ISU supporters. My heart was warmed.
