Tickets Arrived Yet?

So I renewed by basketball season tickets, but I still haven't seen them in the mail. I can always print then off, but has anyone else gotten their season tickets in the mail? Or do I need to call the ticket office and find out why mine haven't arrived yet.

Had a call from an 800 number a few days ago and was really hoping it was the ticket office telling me that a seat upgrade was available if I wanted to purchase. It was just DirectTV :sad:
